Upon arrival to the Sheraton Alb Uptown, you'll be greeted with an elegant entry way, warm smiles and a beautiful backdrop to the reservation desk. With a newly decorated lobby bar in view, you anticipate modern conveniences in your guest room. The check-in process was simple and quick. Once in my room, I was very pleased to see that the new LG flat screen was position for optimum viewing from both the bed and every seat in the room. Also, with internet access in your room, you can enjoy the convenience of in-room dining while watching your favorite show. Usually, there's a desk and two chairs creating chaos when attempting to work, dine and watch television, however, with this set-up you can do all with ease. A tray is placed on the desk and there is ample room to move about. Being a frequent traveler for both leisure and business I often miss the comforts of home. The Sheraton Albuquerque Uptown makes being away from home a bit easier. Thank you to the staff for adding to the ambience already set with the new renovations that have taken place.

The amenities were very nice and the rooms very cozy and comfortable. I have stayed in numerous Albuquerque hotels, and the Sheraton Uptown Hotel is by far the nicest. Additionally, the staff at the hotel is very helpful. I forgot to pack numerous items and the hotel staff graciously assisted me in getting whatever I needed. Overall, I have to say that after my great experience with this hotel, I do not plan on staying at any other hotel when I visit Albuquerque.

The Shearton has recently been remodeled and it looked great. The room and bed were comfortable and the were tastefully decorated. The resturant provided good food and the lounge area was inviting. The on-site Starbucks was nice and the hotel was convieniently located very to a large shopping mall. I would stay again on my next visit.

I am a Meeting Planner who (for the last 20+ years) has produced client conferences and meetings all over the countryl My experience at the Sheraton Uptown was one of the BEST! I signed my client's contract for their Annual March Meeting based on a hard hat tour AND based on the comfort level I had with the promises made by Edward Mendoza (DOS/Marketing) and Sandy Arnold (GM). When I arrived three days prior to show -- my expectations exceeded my vision!! It was more than guaranteed! The renovation was spectacular from the Guest Rooms to the Meeting Rooms to the Lobby and the WIRED Lounge. My attendees and I were more than pleased with the wonderful space and the exceptional service and professionalism of the ladies and gentlemen of the Sheraton Uptown. In addition, the pricing was very conducive to my client's budget and the quality of the F&B wwas first rate!! I cannot wait to bring another client meeting back to the Sheraton Uptown and work again with the staff..........who are now my good friends!

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Good bathroom products and tea selection. Comfortable bed with ample pillows. Like being in your own bedroom at home. The hotel location is close to many shops and restaurants. I would return again while in the area.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton in Albuquerque for a romantic get-a-way. Check in and checkout was smooth. The room was awesome and comfortable; everything from the furniture to the linen was brand new. We enjoyed many of the amenities such as the bathtub Jacuzzi, flat screen TV's, and the workout area. The food in the hotel was exquisitely tasteful. Thumbs up on our room, service, and food.
The hotel is conveniently located and nicely configured, with a fine conference center.

I attended a symposium at the hotel and the conference center was nice with really good food. Rooms comfortable with good morning coffee provided, always a plus. I particularly liked the computer stations provided in the lobby to check email and print boarding passes since I did not have my own PC with me. It is centrally located for any business in the Northeast or Southeast heights of Albuquerque. The staff were attentative, especially the Concierge, who enthusiastically helped out.

I am a pretty avid traveler in the US and abroad. I found the staff here exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean roomy and comfortable and a very good value for the price. Standard coffee maker, blow dryers and flat screen and WIFI. The beds were VERY comfortable. Which I was grateful for, as I am very much a princess and a pea when it comes to sleep.
The food was fresh and contained the flavors of the local fare.
