Evolution is definitely not the cheapest piercing studio in town, but to me, it's the best. They follow strict infection control practices, their artists are skilled and knowledgeable, and they have been politically active to ensure proper regultion of all body art studios in the area.... assisting in writing the current regs in place in our city. The employees are some of the best artists in the nation, and have a wonderful knowledge base. They have a huge selection of body hardware ... from simple jewelry, to large plugs and organics.
