Hotels.com came through for us, and we got our card keys. The view across to the mountains where the tram is located is substantial enough to take an upper floor facing east. We had a third floor room with a good view of the moutains, as well as our car in the parking lot below. Access was good both by elevator and stairs. A continental breakfast came in the morning, so we were able to eat a bit and then hit the road early.
Unique Quality: The building is relatively new, and the rooms immaculate. The great view for the low prices is worth it, and we had good access to old town in a matter of minutes.
Directions: From I-40 it's easy to find, but the sign isn't visable from the freeway. Follow mapquest, and go up the hill on university until you find the hotel.
