Horrible Service
Upon checking in the manager gave me a second floor room. There is no elevator so I asked for a first floor room because of my handicap. The night manager told me there were no first floor rooms available and refused to refund the money to my card.
After struggling up to the room I slept okay in a clean room.
Upon arriving home a couple of days later I discovered that not only did they charge me the $78.61 for the room but added a $150 charge with no explaination. When I called the hotel the manager, D.J., she was not available and has not returned my call to explain the additional charges nor why the Americans With Disabilities Act was violated at the hotel
Unique Quality: Anti handicapped policies there are not right. Boycott this location.
