A flooded dump
This hotel has been closed for many years. After 3 serious floods it still hasn't been cleaned up. When will this be torn down? Where is the owner? It is a rat infested disgrace, the owner should be forced to live there!
Unique Quality: Unique qualities? Ummmm RATS....ROACHES.....MOLD.....MILDEW.....MUD.... and a greedy owner who refuses to do anything. SHAME on the owner!
