Clean and helpful
The Comfort Inn on Emmons Ave. in Brooklyn is a good alternative to Manhattan if you have a car. There is a help yourself breakfast, the staff is always cheerful and the rooms are a good size and clean. Nothing fancy. Bus stops in front. Area okay to walk although there is a seedy motel just behind it . Stay on the highest floor just to avoid any noise from street, but the area is fairly quiet. we stayed there a week and would go back.
