Summer Rentals: Best way to go

It's really too expensive to stay at a hotel in the Hamptons nowadays, and there aren't that many anyhow. What most people do is they rent small cottages for a few weeks in the summer. But get them fast, by May almost all of them are rented.

Also, people who live there year round rent out their houses while they travel in the summer, but those are usually for long stays, like 3 weeks or a month.

Price depends on the house and the location, but when my parents did we rented out 3 bedroom house out for $1200 a week. And I know that sounds expensive, but for summer in the Hamptons, that's cheap.

Unique Quality: Bigger house, kitchen etc etc
