Lake Placid Cabins
We stayed in one of the brand new cabins. The cabins have a bedroom with a Queen size bed, a loft with a Queen size bed, a pullout couch with a double bed and a bed that pulls out of the wall which is a double bed. It has a little porch to sit on (and smoke cigars on since the room is non-smoking) and has a fridge/freezer and stovetop for preparing meals. All the kitchen equipment and dishware is provided.
Unique Quality: There is a sauna and hottub outside which is great after a day of skiing. There is also a fitness club across the road that is free to use. (we didn't)

Everything You Need + More + A Better Rate
Cozy and warm little inn with indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, great restaurant and lounge. Not a slick chain motel. A much better value than most.
Unique Quality: European style and well cared for.
