Grab a 'big beer' from the South Street Seaport on a Friday afternoon in the summer and walk across the Brooklyn Bridge.If you're really motivated, keep walking through Brooklyn heaading toward Atlantic Avenue. Have a wonderful dinner in one of the many Lebanese restaruants along Atlantic Avenue. Walk off all the calories on the way back to the city. Consider stopping at the landing in Brooklyn Heights for a stunning view of the nightime Manhattan skyline.This was a wonderful activity on a wam summer afternoon, after a long days work.
