Accommodations near One United Nations Plaza?
hi. am planning a trip to NYC early this april for a couple of weeks. could you kindly recommend some accommodations (inn, B&B, hotel, apartment, etc.) near One United Nations Plaza? they should be safe, clean and under US$100 per night. thks a million in advance.

A couple to try would be
Seton Hotel, East 40th St
It also depends how close you need to be to UN Plaza. How many blocks would you be willing to walk etc
SIH and Hotel Seton
Does anybody know something abuot "Seafarers and International houese" in Manhattan? It's placed at 123 E 15th Street.
And the Hotel Seton? It's at 144 E 40E.
Which one is better? Please, tell me somethin you know about them. I'm going there in December.

Hotel Seton is more centrally located. It caters to UN personnel from all over the world. The SIH is located near Greenwich Village and caters to merchant marine sailors.
