The Butler House
It was a great place to stay, it's right across the street from the Park Place B&B on, you guessed it, Park Place. It is not very far from the falls at all but I would not recommend walking there from here, especially in the winter time. It's also close to the Aquarium of Niagara, a must see. Marcia and Mike are really great hosts and they have a really cute dog named Casey. you won't see much of Casey (or hear him) as they live in a small house in the backyard and Casey isn't allowed out of the kitchen when he's in the Butler house.
Unique Quality: There is a manequin Butler standing in the foyer with a tray in his hand and the goofiest grin on his face. The manequin was made by a friend of Marcia's and given to her as a gift. Don't be fooled into thinking it's a real person standing there, laughing at you when you come up to knock on the door.
The rooms are cozy and the floor creaks like an old house should. There is a collection of vhs movies to choose form if you feel like staying in and they lay out snacks and tea in the living room downstairs for you.
