    We stayed here one night because I was drawn to the historical aspect of the building. We stayed in a suite, which was really comfortable and nicely decorated. The service was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay here very much. Oh, it's just a couple of blocks from the falls, in fact you can hear the falls from the hotel. Shopping, parking and dinning are all very near.

    Highly Recommended especially if you don't drive because of it's proximity to the Falls and Islands.

    Cheap rates and walking distance to the Three Sisters Island, Cave of the Wind, Bridal Veil Falls and Horseshoe Falls.

  • I do not recommend Fallsview Travelodge. I stayed there recently and it was the WORST experience.
    - bugs in the rooms even when the windows are closed, smashed bugs on stained shower curtain and window
    - soap left from previous occupant
    - leaking facet with calcium deposits
    - old blankets with holes and pilling
    - final web price does not reflect check out price, they have 12% tax
    - many more reasons, no room to fill out
    Do not book 2-nights getaway. Food is not great with dirty dishes and coffee mugs.

    They are cheap and walking distant to the falls. There is a view of Niagra Falls but the steam between the glass prevented a good view. The windows does not stay open and cannot open for more than 6 inches. Becareful if you get the room I stayed in, the window slams down, no springs.
