The Brunswick Bed and Breakfast is located across the road from the race track but we were there in winter. The bed was luxurious and the gas fire lovely. We were able to walk to the restaurant and and Cafe Lena. It was removed from the noise of downtown but we could enjoy a city stroll to our destinations. Breakfast was a treat.
There is not much to say on this B & B. I wouldn't expect a fancy place to stay in but the rooms are very comfortable, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and hospitable. We left an item at the hotel, and it was found and sent back to us in fast order.
The breakfast was very good and we loved the choice of Quiches
We love Saratoga Springs, and the Brunswick B & B was a perfect find for us. We stayed there New Years Eve and all of our expectations were met or exceeded.
The Brunswick was a wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect, a short, pretty and super safe walk to downtown. The bed was heavenly and the fruit at breakfast was so fresh! The hosts and staff were warm and welcoming. We will stay with them again on our next trip to Saratoga Springs.
A beautiful Victorian mansion near the Saratoga racetrack, along a beautiful street heading into downtown Saratoga. The room and common area were both fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, and there was wireless internet service. All in all, a great place for an overnight stay.
Quaint quiet corner in the gracious city of Saratoga Springs; not a grand house but warm and sheltering retreat in a residential section, just off and thankfully not in the middle of, the main town avenues. Easy access to most local cultural and entertainment venues. Most highly rated in overall hospitality, friendly but not intrusive, handmade breakfasts that can't be beat. Only slightly above local commercial hotels (Marriot, etc.) reasonable rates make the Brunswick Inn a great choice for the discriminating traveler.
Best bet: book the rooms with the whirlpool baths.
Wish I knew: there are two small dogs that love guests.
The hosts at the Brunswick made us feel right at home. The house and the rooms are tastefully decorated with antiques. The location is terrific-close to Broadway (shops, restaurants) but far enough to feel comfortably residential. Five minute drive to Skidmore College, too. Breakfast was a treat-fresh fruit, yoghurt and French toast with warm syrup. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!

As Ann and I begin our journey home to Minnesota, I wanted to take a minutes to say how wonderful the start of our vacation was at the Brunswick B&B in Saratoga Springs. All the staff were wonderful host from the time we walked in the front door. I can see why for Ann it was a favorite place to return!
The rooms are beautifully done and prepared with every detailed touch you desire. The fridge close by and all the movies and snacks helped when the weather kept us in. Everything was just great and very refreshing. As we often sat and talked, I felt like we were reconnecting with old friends. Breakfast was a wonderful presentation and a great start to the day.
I'd love to return in the various seasons as they unfold in Saratoga Springs. The spring in the many gardens around town, the summer horse racing season and again in the fall for colors of he area.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Brunswick in March 2008. The service was wonderful and friendly, rooms were clean and spacious, and the owners were on hand w/ advice about things to do and see during our stay. We can't enough about the Brunswick and look forward to a return trip in the near future.
My husband and I planned our first trip to Saratoga Springs and we can't wait to return! The Brunswick is a lovely Inn perfectly located near all the must see attractions. You can't get any closer to the historic race track unless they had rooms in the grandstand!
A mere 10 minute walk through the quaint Victorian neighborhood put us in the heart of the shopping and dinning district.
Our room was very comfortable and authentically decorated. The mattress was exeptionally comfortable!
Breakfast was prepared at our requested time which included smoked meats that are actually prepared on the premises.
We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and have already planning our return trip in July. The Brunswick is the only B&B in which we've stayed that we were truly treated like family.
Marvelous place. I want to go back soon. Perhaps in the springtime, so I can enjoy the town more. I found it easy to find the b and b from the main highway.
