More about Skaneateles Suites
Loved the Skaneateles Suites
We went for a quick romantic get away, we only had one night to get away from our kids. The Skaneateles Suites were so nice and the people were even nicer. We had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend a stay there. Even though we were local and have seen most of the Village of Skaneateles, they had some tips for us.
The Skaneateles area is very beautiful.
Loved the Skaneateles Suites
Room was very comfortable, very clean and very relaxing, quite and close to the Village of Skaneateles - upscale boutique stores, restaurants and the Lake - staff and owners were well informed and helpful....was a pleasant experience from making reservations (directly with the hotel) to checkout.....would highly recommend this property...we intend to return again in the Summer
AWESOME describes our visit at the Skaneateles Suites! The room we had was fantastic: it was HUGE, extremely private, warm and welcoming. The owner's (The Feldmann's) have added many personal touches to this property, such as knickknacks in the refrigerators (i.e., cokes, juices, chips,...), in room stereo (with a CD player) and our room even had a VCR. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The Skaneateles Suites is a must when visiting Skaneateles.
Excellent place to stay!
We just spent 2 nights at Skaneateles Suites for our honeymoon and we loved it! We stayed in the honeymoon suite and we didn't want to leave. The room was clean and comfortable. From the time I called to make the reservation to the end of our stay they were very accomadating and pleasant. They asked me if I wanted any extras in the room and I requested wine, strawberries and chocolate. They had all of that in the room for us. It was delicious! They went over and above the call of duty for us! I highly recommend Skaneateles Suites!
Fabulous girls night together!!
Four of us (sister-in-laws) wanted to get together, close to home, but somewhere we could enjoy each other's company, have dinner & SHOP!! We chose the Skaneateles Suites for their proximity to each of us. The bungalows are delightfully appointed, spotless & most welcoming! We had everything we needed (and more!) to be comfortable.
Our hosts - Curt, Susan & Julie left us a "welcome letter" & told us the who, what, where & when of the area. They were just a phone call away if needed.
We had a lovely late dinner at The Blue Water Grille in town & returned to the bungalow to celebrate 3 February birthdays & offer support to one of our quartet who will undergo surgery next week. We partied with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries & birthday cake!
Saturday morning, we awakened to a winter wonderland, with 3 inches of new fallen snow. We had breakfast at "Fast Eddie's" and completed our visit with an all day shopping excursion in Skaneateles.
It was a GRAND visit! We loved the suites! We will return again.
Thank you so much to the staff of the Skaneateles Suites!

Great place at a great value!!!!!!
We just returned from a visit to the village of Skaneateles. It's a great place to spend a couple of days, and one of the highlights of our trip was our stay at the Skaneateles Suites.
There were three adults and two Kerry Blue Terriers in our group. We rented a room with two double beds. The accomodations were fantastic. The room was large enough to accomodate all our gear plus two dog crates. The suite was similar to a luxary cottage, and allowed for privacy for us and our dogs. The room had a small refrigerator, stocked with drinks, cereal, and pastry. There was a microwave, as well a microwaveable dishes, and the necessary silverware. In addition there were two milk bones on the kitchen counter, with plastic gloves and bags to help keep the outdoors as clean and neat as when we arrived. Our first night we tucked the dogs into their crates, crawled under the covers, put out the do not disturb sign, and never woke up till 11:00 AM
We really appreciated the hospitality of the new owners and staff. They really have created a comfortable and affordable retreat while either passing through or staying in the charming village of Skaneateles.
Loved everthing about the Skaneateles Hotel
For Jack's birthday I surprise him w/ an overnight stay at the Skaneateles Hotel owned and operated by Curt and Toni Fieldman. This is just a quick note to tell all that if you plan on a visit to Skaneateles an overnight stay at the Hotel is a must. Everything was top notch starting w/ securing the reservation and ending w/ closing the door behind us upon leaving. Thanks Toni and Curt.
Loved the Skaneateles Hotel
What a wonderful Hotel. When we arrived at our room music greeted us along with complimentary beverages. The jacuzzi was appreciated after a long day. Very clean, comfortable room and conveniently located in the beautiful downtown area of the village of Skaneateles. Appreciated the different amenities from the wind-up Big Ben alarm clock, comfortable bed and snacks to the nice fluffy bath towels. Parking was in back of the hotel and well lit.
Restaurants are within an easy walk along with all of the quaint shops. There is a wonderful quilt shop within walking distance and also a knit shop if you like to do handwork.
Will definitely return.
Outstanding Service and a Great room too!
The room itself was excellent and was a treat to spend time in even during the winter months. The room like I said was excellent but the service was even better. The people were all very friendly and very accomidating to my wife and I. We went to the Botique Hotel for our Honeymoon because we were married on December 26th and we wanted to be in Skaneatles around Christmas because of how beautiful the village is that time of year. We did not have a lot of money to spend on a big honeymoon to a place like Niagra Falls or some place warm. They offered so many extras and things to improve our stay that our limited budget could not have been more well spent. I would recommend the any of the properties associated with the Skaneatles Suites based upon this one great experience.
