Life in a little town
I lived in Albemarle North Carolina for almost six full years. You will enjoy this little town if you are trying to escape city life and are ready to plunge into near nothingness. There are very few things in this small town to do, even locals will tell you that they usually go to Charlotte, Concord, or Greensboro on the weekends. However, if you love football, they have a great high school team, and the entire county is very church oriented. If you live in a city and you are up for a change (i.e no starbucks or mall) then this city is just right for you.
