More about Asheville Cottages
An amazing place!!
The cottage was beautiful! We were very happy with all that it offered. They truly have thought of everything. From the decorations, to the back porch with grill and hot tub, to all the extras, it was perfect! It also is an amazing location! We were 5 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkways, good restaurants, 10 minutes from the Biltmore Estate and Winery. This was a really good location and cottage for us to spend our 1 year anniversery! Thank you so much! We hope to be back again in the future.
Luxury in the woods
Nestled in the woods is this beautiful cottage. It falls in line with a 5 star hotel with its flat screen tvs, premium channels, huge hot tub, hard wood floors, granite kitchen counters, spacious living area, and plush comfortable bedding. Although there isn't a view of the mountains, it is nestled so deep in the woods that you have a lot of privacy. My boyfriend and I found this to be a very nice romantic spot. It is also located near many stores, and restaurants in case you want to venture out.
Had a Great Experience!
The four of us, my wife and two daughters, ages 8 and 11, stayed in the "Blue Ridge" cottage on our visit to the Biltmore Estate. It was new and very clean. The owner Tracie has a great eye for detail. She provided all the amenities that we needed. We didn't need to bring anything but ourselves. She also did a great job with the interior design; it felt like home. And the kids loved the hot tub too!
I loved the cottage. It was so clean and well taken care of. They thought of everything. Snacks, half & half for our coffee, toothpaste, etc !!
The private hot tub is a wonderful treat.
I would highly reccomend Asheville Cottages !!!
Cozy and Very Pleasant
The Asheville Cottages are very nice and my wife and I enjoyed our stay there very much, in fact we didn't want to leave! Really my only complaint was a barking dog that would bark consistantly until about 8:30 at night. My guess is it didn't like being alone and just barked until the owner came home. The area is beautiful and we were there to visit the Biltmore Estate and Chimney Rock State Park. We enjoyed both very much and wish our visit could of been longer. We hope to return there again soon and hope the cottages are available for our stay.
Absolutely the BEST cottage in Asheville!
We stayed at Asheville Cottage's The Laurel and it was fantastic! The cottage was very clean and beautifully decorated--it is apparent that a lot of thought and care goes into each cottage to ensure you'll have a lovely stay. They provided coffee, tea, and other drinks, as well as various breakfast/snack foods, and there were also DVDs and boardgames (all in great condition, not just a pack of old cards and Monopoly, like you usually find at cabin/cottage rentals). Every inch of the cottage, from the hottub to the bathroom faucet, absolutely exceeded our expectations! I'll never look to another rental in Asheville again--Asheville Cottages has definitely won our loyalty!!
We stayed in Asheville Cottage's Bent Creek for 4 nights in August. The cottage was PERFECT! The living room is comfy and cozy. DH loved the leather recliner! We enjoyed watching TV and movies that were provided and the multi-room DVR! The deck was a perfect spot for relaxing in the evenings. We ate every dinner out on the deck, in addition to reading, playing cards (the cottage comes stocked with a few games too), and just sitting. The hot tub was great, we also used that every night! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our dinners while we were there. The welcome basket of breakfast items was a nice treat! The bedrooms are a little on the small side, but the rest of the cottage makes up for it. We had plenty of room and the sliding door was nice. The bathrooms were spotless and the sheets and towels were luxurious. We love the town and the location of the cottage was so close to everything...The Biltmore, Downtown, Blue Ridge Parkway, Whitewater Rafting...shopping, dining, EVERYTHING! We loved our time at the Bent Creek. It was the perfect place to call home while we were on vacation in Asheville. We will most definitely be booking a getaway with Asheville Cottages again in the future!
A wonderful mountain retreat right next to the coolest city in the country
Our stay at the Asheville Cottages (we stayed in "Blue Ridge") was fabulous. Based on the photos, we were really excited about enjoying our stay in this beautiful cabin--but it was even better in person. The whole place just oozed quality and attention to detail--from the back porch with hot tub and grill to the Sleep Number mattress on the king size master bed. It's very easy access to downtown Asheville (which we absolutely fell in love with) as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway and all sorts of local parks, trails, and sights. Asheville restaurants offer some of the best (yet affordable) "foodie" experiences we've had. And the cabin includes a restaurant review book so you can learn from others about what's good. (Don't miss Tupelo Honey Cafe!) Asheville Cottages provided a wonderful "home base" for our trip. We can't wait to go back.
Asheville Cottages are accomodations not to be missed. Quiet, quaint, clean with complete attention to all details that provide the comfort anyone would desire. A goodie basket stocked with muffins, cereal bars, reese's peanut butter cups, plush bedding, luxurious shower, cozy fireplace, and secluded hottub are just a few of the details the owners have provided to insure your comfort.
