The hotel is still in the middle of getting it's act together since it just changed ownership on Oct. 1, 2006. There was a layer of dust on the lovely bathroom granite vanity - and I later figured out (since the dust was white) that it was from the recent grouting job in the shower.
The furniture, bedding and carpeting in my King non-smoking room all seemed new, and were attractive. A new flat screen tv, too. My only complaint would be the room needed two phones, one at the desk and one at the bed - but at least the bed phone had an extra long cord which meant it stretch to the desk (but just!).
The corporate rate of $85 was very reasonable, and included a buffet breakfast. Only complaint about breakfast was I had to wait, and wait, and wait to be served coffee. I would have prefered to get it myself along with the rest of the breakfast. They didn't have enough people serving.
They do a coffee/tea station in the room.
The meeting rooms were fine, and the hotel meals and snacks served during the meetings and for room service were quite good.
The hotel has a fitness room and an outdoor pool. The pool is small, but there are plenty of lounge chairs for working on your tan.
Wireless internet cost $10 per day.
The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport (of course) but will also take you to a nearby shopping mall (South Park).
