Beach Music: Seaside rental

This house is perfect for two families who want to share a house but still have their own space. Each side has two bedrooms, a full bath, livingroom and kitchen with eat-in, and seperate entrances both front and onto the deck. There is a door that divides the two that can be shut for privacy. There is a heated pool, a nice deck and beautiful beach.

Close to shopping, movies, and other attractions.

Sun Bay Villas: Best Ocean Views on the Island

During our trips to Emerald Isle, we have stayed everywhere from small hotel rooms to large beach homes. About 6 years ago, we stayed in a condo for the first time. For us, condos provide the perfect balance between a spacious beach house and a hotel with amenities like pools, elevators, etc.

There a lot of great condo complexes on the island and we have stayed at a few different ones (like Pier Pointe and Pebble Beach), but when we discovered Sun Bay three years ago, our search for the perfect vacation spot was over. The condo that we stayed in was immaculate and was situated right on the beach. The complex itself is very small and private, but the units were the most spacious that we have ever seen. The units have 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and every room is comfortable. The kitchen is larger than the one in my own home!

The unit that we stayed in had a 30 foot balcony and the views were breathtaking! We spent many early morinings and late evenings just hanging out on the balcony and enjoying the sounds and smells of the ocean.

The beaches is never crowded, and you sometimes feel as though you are on your own private island.

The units are incredibly spacious. The website that we found the condo on states that the units are 1,500 square feet, which is huge for a 2 bedroom unit.

Unlike most other condos, you have your own reserved parking spot, so you never have to worry about fighting for parking after going out for dinner or shooping.

We really enjoyed the oceanfront pool and hot tub.
