Franklin-Days Inn

Being on a very tight budget on vacation and seeing this motel on the internet at $49.00 per night, we of course went for it. BIG MISTAKE! The curtain rod was falling off the wall so the curtains would not close all the way, I pulled them together and used bobby pins to keep them shut. The bathroom window was falling out and was wired together, the window sill full of dirt and dead bugs. The bathroom ceiling fan was rusted, dirty and falling out of the ceiling. I attempted to use the hair dryer and it fell out of the wall. there was also a broken television left in the room.
I contacted the company with my complaint only to let them know how disappointed I was that what used to be a nice motel, (Days Inn), when traveling would no longer be my choice. I'm not looking for any compensation for this I just want others to know it is true, "you get what you pay for!"
