Look Out on the Harbor

The Ocracoke Harbor Inn is in the center of the waterfront - the building with three dormers.
Unique Quality: The Inn offers nonsmoking and handicapped equipped rooms. All rooms and suites have cable TV, telephones with modem ports, coffee makers, hair dryers and refrigerators. Most rooms offer two queen beds or one king. Suites offer a separate bedroom with either king or queen bed and a queen sleeper in the living room. Most suites are on the third floor. They feature kitchenettes, Jacuzzi tubs and wonderful views. All rooms and suites can accommodate up to four people, including children. A patio deck with charcoal and gas grills is available to all guests. Boat docking is also available with your advance reservation.

Good hotel option
Very nice, this inn was right across the street from the harbor and had it's own private dock on the harbor with plenty of seating for boat watching and duck watching. Our room was a good size and came with a mini fridge and a balcony overlooking the harbor. We slept really well but that may have been because we spent the first few days camping.
