Best Location in Wilmington!
Wanted to stay at the Hilton (Ruth's Chris right there!) and realized that although they are on the river, they don't have any rooms with balconies. Luckily they manage several condos at Riverview Suites across the street. They are individually owned units that are all a little bit different. They all have kitchens and some have many upgrades. The unit we stayed in had the kitchen area remodeled with beautiful cherry cabinets and a great bar/counter top. We were on the 6th floor and our balcony was covered (some aren't), which was great because it rained a little one night. We were directly across from the U.S.S. North Carolina Battleship (which is a must visit!) and just below us was the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Dilligence, which calls Wilmington her home port. Fabulous place. Will stay there again (same condo) on our next visit.
