If by car/bus - take I75 or... by CJD68
If by car/bus - take I75 or I71.If by boat - cruise the Ohio river.
If by plane - most likely Greater Cincinnati Airport located in Covington, KY (10-15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati).
In the downtown area - buses or taxis are OK.
Cars are also a good idea - parking is usually not a problem nor too expensive and it is fairly easy to navigate the through the city.
