Excellent free breakfast, very friendly staff (although everyone seemed friendly in Cleveland) and a great location. The wi-fi wasn't very strong, but the bed was comfortable (Hampton beds always are though) and the hotel was generally pretty quiet.
Be advised that parking is $15/night, but you should expect that from any Downtown hotel in any city.
Unique Quality: Great breakfast (donuts, sausage, eggs, bagels, cereal, OJ, cinamon rolls, etc)
Great location (walking distance to almost everything)
Directions: East 9th at Superior Ave
