I stayed at the Cleveland Suites one night, it was $250 with all the taxes.
Room was ok, big and clean, but the door could barely open because it scrubbed on the floor like it was warped.
Nothing was horrible, but for the money, the details you expect (especially coffee) were not noticed by staff.
No shampoo in the room at all, only conditioner, no regular coffee (only decaf, they had not refilled coffee since last guest), they claimed that they had "Botanicals" but that diplay in the area of the bathroom was empty.
Shoddy for two hundred fifty dollars a night, lesser hotels provided coffee and fiber pillows.
I asked for no feather pillows as I'm allergic. Not only did they not set up the room without them as I requested, but they never exchanged them after I called from my room and requested fiber pillows. Since I can't breathe the feathers, I threw the pillows out of my room into the hallway.
