What a great area to grow up in, just not in the city proper itself. Downtown is trying to make a comeback with a new entertainment stadium, the Chevy Centre. It is home to YSU college, home of BJA's Phantom Fireworks, has a hospital but no hotel or gas station with in the city limits.
The surrounding suburbs are great with the exodus occurring as the Steel Mills closed and continue to grow. Be sure to check out Mill Creek Park and the Butler Museum of Art.
