The Oklahoma City Yard Dawgs are a team of the AF2 (Arena Football 2). The team plays at the Ford Center. The games are action packed and fun for the whole family. You are also able to get an easy autograph at the end of a game. The best seats to see all the action (if you cant afford a luxury suite) are in sections 221,204, and 206 on the Cox Communications level. If you want a free arena football sit under the goal posts in the first 2 rows (sections 110,111, and 101). WARNING: if you sit next to the side wall you can get hit by players. Over all its a great game win or lose. Tickets are at 405-228-dawg or tickets.com The only equipment you need is your money. For tickets, souveniers, tee-shirts and more......!
Oh my gosh! Hands down, Sushi...

Oh my gosh! Hands down, Sushi Neko, on 36th and Western. Serves up great sushi, in a neo-Japanese atmoshere. If you are looking to impress a date, this is it; even if she doesn't like sushi. Great chicken teriyaki! Soft-shelled crab as an apetizer. Yum! Followed by a seaweed salad. For those who know what they want, sushi a-la carte is the best way. Get what you want, no fuss. Salmon sushi is my favorite...simple but classic. Try it with a bottle of Julian Savignon Blanc and finish it with a tradition--green tea ice cream. *Drool Dribble*
The Bricktown area of downtown...

The Bricktown area of downtown is fun. A refurbished warehouse are with restaurants, a canal, baseball stadium and shops.
Especially when the weather is good it is the place to be to meet and greet anyone.
Charismatic CityChurch
by mrclay2000
Non-denominational, the CityChurch attracts followers through its charismatic approach to the scriptures. An Oklahoma Supreme Court Justice and our own District Attorney are said to be members. Though damaged in the 1995 bombing, federal dollars helped to restore the interior to a somewhat pretentious but functional appearance, if you can overlook the gilt capitals to praise its wonderful acoustics. The CityChurch offices are directly south of the church on 10th street. An official there will be happy to show you the interior of this 1910 structure.
Oklahoma City
by changeinlatitude
Prior to what I do now, I was a property manager of retail strip centers and one of my territories was the Oklahoma City area. Needless to say, I stayed there quite often and traveled throughout Oklahoma.
Though I did travel in the Tulsa area as well, Oklahoma City was my favorite and it became my home away from home. There are lots of things to do and see in the city and surrounding areas. In this travel page, I hope you find some interesting things to do and see and I have some great tips for hotels and restaurants.
One thing I will say about Oklahoma is, if the tornado alarms go off, take it as a real threat. I dodged many in my visits there and learned a whole lot about tracking these mean storms.
