Typical Holiday Inn Express. They are updating things this year (2007) with new carpets and an expanded breakfast buffet. Otherwise a perfectly serviceable budget hotel. A step above the local competition of EconoLodge ad Super 8.
The best thing about this hotel is the location on the Willamette River and a block or two from the beginning of the Corvallis Waterfront Commemorative Park. This is especially nice in the Summer when the park is full of people and on Saturday mornings, hosts the Corvallis farmer's Market.
This hotel is also within walking distance of many downtown restaurants and shops. A real plus in my book.
Unique Quality: On the river, near downtown, and nicer than its neighbors.
Directions: On Second Street where the downtown commercial district ends and the residential neighborhood begins.
