Great location & value
Located equal walking distance between the center of town and the University of Oregon campus. I would recommend a room on the upper level towards the back for max. quiet. Occasionally, you can hear the train whistles coming thru town.
Unique Quality: Excellent customer service. Very good free computer with printer in lobby. Breakfast is basic so best to eat out. The bearded man (who I assume is the owner?) works very long hours and is hands-on in maintaining this property very well.
