The Courtesy Inn Eugene is a comfortable hotel located in the vibrant city of Eugene, Oregon just over one mile from the University of Oregon campus. Enjoy a wide range of amenities and features, friendly service, exceptional value and a convenient downtown location within walking distance of local attractions, dining, entertainment, and events.

The Courtesy Inn is just an average motel, but at $60 a night, but its location in downtown Eugene can't be beat. Our room was really nothing special with such old amenities as a tiny little 12 inch TV and a weird heater in the bathroom, but the hotel is clean and friendly, quiet, it has free wireless internet, and the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Unfortunately, our room in the wing farthest from the front desk was out of range of the wireless internet, so we were flying blind for a night. Parking is adequate, and vending and ice machines are available on premises. The best things about the hotel are its location in downtown Eugene within easy walking distance to numerous bars and restaurants, as well as very easy access to the Interstate.

Best lodging for the price & location
Am a local who has to put up people for short and longer durations.
Convenience, quiet and cleanliness are paramount.
All my guests have been very pleased with this motel.
All want just the basics, no pools,excercise rooms, etc. Just the basics.
AAA discount, too.
Unique Quality: The most unique quality is that this property is owned by a family. They all take great pride in their property and the service they give. They go out of their way to help you.
Their flowers and flower baskets are just beautiful.
