"How to get Here"
We drove from Tri-Cities Washington, but if you have the money you could fly. There are a couple of airports in the area.
(I will list some links shortly)
"Things to Do In Lincoln City"
Lincoln City is right on the beach and there is plenty of it. So if you are into surfing, beachcombing or just walking in the surf, this is the place for you.
Beachcombers are especially spoiled. The tourism department has arranged an ongoing Easter egg hunt on their beautiful beaches. If you are lucky enough, you will find a glass float hidden along the seven mile stretch of beach. These floats, made to resemble those used on fishing nets, are crafted by local artists and then hidden by volunteers for tourists to find.
For those who surf there is a local surf shop.
There is tons of shopping as well. There are several antique shops, an outlet mall and even some cute specialty and gift shops.
I did not have time to try this, but I have heard there are shops where you can rent gear for clamming and crabbing. Remember, you now have to have a license to do this though!
