Horrible Experience - Would not reccomend!
This is one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at!
There are plenty of hotels in Medford. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. The staff and manager are extremely rude and it would seem almost go out of their way to make your stay unpleasant. The facilities are barely adequate (good luck with the non-smoking rooms...)
It took us about 3 tries circling the block to find the actual entrance to the hotel, as it is behind a gas station and a supermarket. This is also not conducive to sleep, as there are trucks idling nearby all night.
Once inside we encountered the single worst check in experience I have ever been through, and I am a frequent traveller. It took them 45 minutes to process our check in (which had been pre-booked and pre-paid!) during which we had to deal with the manager who was extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. Not only was she rude to us but she was in an argument with the people in line ahead of us and engaged in a shouting match with the guests behind us. Yikes!
We were given 3 faulty keys and had to change rooms, all of which was an uphill battle with the staff. At this point we just wanted to get into our room. My mother had to endure a long wait standing in the hallway outside one of the rooms with our luggage after we had already checked in. Then we had to drag all our stuff to the other end of the building... Top that with some bottom rate customer service and you wonder how that place stays in business.
A truly horrible experience after a long day of traveling. Never, ever again.

Complete Nightmare
Our stay at this hotel was from start to finish a nightmare. Our "non smoking" room had been smoked in and it was not deodorized. I brought it up to the mgmt and to the cleaning crew and NO ONE cared nor did anything about it. The doors creak so loud that if you open/close them in the middle of the night you wake everyone up. We could hear EVERYTHING our neighbors did and said through the walls. This included their conversation at 5 am. The power went out and when we went to check out the staff was making fun of the people who were TRYING to eat breakfast in the dark.
The staff at this place does not give a rip about you.
Unique Quality: Your view is either of a freeway or of the Food 4 Less parking lot. Best thing about our stay was eating at Elmers that is within walking distance.
