Courtesy Inn Monmouth

I recently stayed at the Courtesy Inn. Two hours after I got there and went to sleep. I woke up to a turned off TV yet it was hissing and bellowing in SMOKE, I mean the whole room was full. Worst of all THE FIRE ALARM WAS NOT GOING OFF!!!! I border line had reason to sue them. So I open the door and call the office where I am told well we will give you another room. I explained how their fire alarms hadn't gone off and I could have died if I hadn't waked up. I asked politely for my money back because I DID NOT FEEL SAFE at their Hotel. He told me after a half hour there wasn't a damn thing he could do about. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he told me, "IM NOT GONNA DO THAT, HE WOULD JUST FIRE ME, AND NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! DON'T STAY THERE!!!!!
