Cheap, Simple, Convenient

I booked for five nights. I got a queen bed and no smoking. The rooms are very simple but adequate and clean. Nearly everything worked for me. For some reason, my keycard kept losing its coding after the first couple of nights. Then the front office would recode it. The biggest drawback for me was when a pack of kids who would be at most in their lower 20's moved in next door. There seemed to be no time of night when they weren't being noisy. I did think of just requesting a different room. Guess I was too lazy. The rent is $49.99 a night. If you want WiFi in the room, you buy it extra for $2.99. I did do that and the reception was excellent. I used transit exclusively on this visit, and the stops were 50 feet away going one direction and two blocks away going downtown. So I will say this is one of the most satisfactory rentals ever for me.

Unique Quality: Location to transportation was the biggest plus for me.
