Looking at downtown from City Island park
I've already posted this on chowhound, but thought I'd try the VT community as well. I'm looking for a restaurant in the Harrisburg/Hershey area for dinner Wednesday night, before a Hershey Bears game!
The place should be inexpensive (mains in the $10-15 & under range), casual, and have enough options to accomodate a quasi-vegetarian who eats fish. And, given that it's the day before Thanksgiving, the menu should have lighter fare options!
So, given these parameters, any recs at all out there?

gracias...the only rec I got on chowhound was Al Meditero or something...the mains are expensive, in the $25+ range, but salads and pizzas seem ok...but, there really MUST be something else out there in the area!
Beth got back to me and recommened some places downtown near second st. She said Sagas and Stacks is in that rage. There is an Irish place near there as well as the brewhaus which is German. Sammys is on third st for italian. She did mention that there is a strip of run of the mill restaurants by a highway but couldn't remember what the highway name was although they are more in price and less in taste. In a nut shell her recommendation was to hit 2nd st and look around at what you might like. I hope that helps out some what.

I haven't been there, but I have eaten their food several times at meetings at the International House in Harrisburg. Very good. Probably very reasonable. Call first.
Farmers Market: the Farmers Martket is a small building on the way to Harrisburg that we stopped at on the way because 25 girls had to use the bathroom, The farmer Market has bathrooms, shops to by some food, and a cute little girf shop.
Central Pennsylvania is a mountainous region bisected by US Route 15. I traveled through here with my parents and brother while returning home from Canada. We would eventually be stopping in Lancaster for the night, but first had to negotiate our way through construction detours that at times sent us off onto smaller roads in small towns. We did, however, drive through the hearts of two notable cities that serve as commercial hubs and boast little skylines of their own.
Williamsport
Williamsport is located in the northern reaches of Central Pennsylvania. I remember it primarily as place with a handful of old mid-rise buildings. The city’s claim to fame is that it hosts the Little League World Series. I do not recall seeing anything baseball-related passing through town though.
Harrisburg
After winding our way south for about 85 miles into the heart of Central Pennsylvania, we came around a curve that put the skyline of Harrisburg into view. Perched on the far banks of the Susquehanna River, Harrisburg is, of course, the state’s capital. While not a big city – nothing close to the size of Pittsburgh -- it certainly looks like the biggest city in the region. After passing Harrisburg, we headed east toward Lancaster, gateway to Pennsylvania Dutch Country.
