Best Western Inn & Suites of New Cumberland

The room was not prepped even though we called to confirm the reservation and let them know we were almost there. It was a mess, the bed wasn't made, the sheets were dirty and there was a mess in the bathroom and on the floor. They moved us to another room across the hall and when we opened the pull out sofa there was pizza crumbs and the blankets were dirty and stained. There were no blankets, comforters, or bedspread on the main beds. We had to pack up again to move to another because they said the room wasn't available for the 3rd night.

There is only one kid on staff at night, yes, that's it, only one person for the whole hotel! No housekeeping, no maintance, nadia!

The owner's name is aman and according to his own staff he is never there, there is only one manager and as per the staff he doesn't do his job. House keeping , if they even prep your room, does not clean well at all, the rooms are not sanitary!

Breakfast, rubberized eggs, greasy sausage patties, and an old waffle iron missing a hinge and bolt, small hard rubbery bagels, white bread put in with out gloves on her hands.

I opened the bar of best western soap to find a dead bug!
