    I have to admit, one of the best things about staying at a Doubletree, especially this one, is the big fat chocolate chip and walnut cookies you recieve at check in. The Hotel itself is very nice. I had a great corner room with a super view. Service was good.

    The hotel is located next to the Kimmel Center and Academy of Music. It's a 15 minute walk to the convention center.

    • We could not get a suite, Doubletree was able to accomodate us with two adjoining rooms. The hotel was very comfortable, the location was excellent. Parking nor breakfast was included.

    We were there for a pajama party; they had many family activities with food.

    • Great location near theatres, Kimmel Center, restaurants etc. Walking distance to historical sites and convention center. Subway below the hotel takes you directly to the sports complex. Bar in lobby is fun place to watch football games. Restaurants and Bars are non smoking. Beds are great, very comfortable. Rooms are large and sunny, lots of windows. Staff is nice. Parking lot beside the hotel isn't too expensive for a city. Hotel doesn't own the lot but you can ask them to add parking to your bill so you get a discount.

    Cookies at check in! My room had a great view of Broad Street. Hotel also has Raquetball courts and large deck area to sit and sun.

    • This hotel is in the heart of Philadelphia's cultural district. The prices are reasonable for downtown The building itself is a little older but the rooms are large and my room had a great view of Broad Street. The rooms was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff seems nice.

    Great beds and the location is good. If you go to a game or concert at the Sports Complex you can park your car and take the subway which is directly beneath the hotel. It's very convenient and you can walk to most of the more popular sights in Philly.
