Decent place convenient to the airport
Hi,
Does anyone have any suggestions for a small hotel/B&B from which I can reach the airport conveniently (I don't mind using subway or other public transportation). Airport hotels seem to cost $156 (ouch) per night, and I sure hope I can find something more reasonable than that. I'll be traveling in October.
Thanks for any suggestions you can give.

I stayed at the Econolodge at 600 S. Governor Printz Blvd, Lester, PA, 19029 a few years ago. It's an Econolodge, so it's nothing spectacular, but it was relatively cheap and it has shuttle service to the airport. I also recall that there was a Chinese restaurant near by.

Thanks to both of you for your suggestions. I came across a better option. Instead if finding a hotek in Philadelphia I can rent a car for only £23 and drop it off at the airport. Thanks again.

I paid abt $60 on Priceline for Hilton Garden Inn in Historic Center, which is only steps away from SEPTA station. It only costs $6($7 for onboard ticket) from downtown to the airport.
