Residence Inn By Marriott Philadelphia Airport: Philadelphia's Worst Nightmare
Satisfaction:

I made a reservation via internet, called at 8:30 p.m. the day of my intended stay (to ensure I still had a reservation, since I was running late), was told by desk clerk at the hotel that I did still have a reservation and that she would see us soon, arrived at the hotel after being delayed in airports all day long with my 3 tired/cranky kids only to be told that my room had been GIVEN AWAY. The desk clerk also stated that, in addition to me, 7 OTHER people had been bumped that night by mistake. Only thing was, the desk clerk didn't seem to care much that all this had happened! Even after all this, I was offered NOTHING to make up for this hotel's mistakes. What a HORRIBLE way to do business! BEWARE!!!!
