Things to do in Pottsville: Visit the coal museums in the county, take a drive through Route 901 or 209 in either direction out of Pottsville and MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT LEAVE POTTSVILLE WITHOUT TRYING THE LOCAL BREW! Yuengling Brewery is one of the nation's oldest breweries still in operation, and it's easy to see why. (Although if you ask some of the locals, they'll tell you that the beer is made simply by throwing yeast in the Schuylkill River.)
