Stephens motel: Gem of a motel

This is a true gem of places to stay. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, with comfy beds. The staff are very helpful, down to earth and friendly. I would recommend staying here if you are visiting State Collage.

With in walking distance to many restaurants and supper markets. It is a bit of a walk away from the down town area but depending on your fitness could be possible to walk.

If you don't mind driving a few minutes, I would recommend a bed & breakfast in one of the outlying towns (such as Philipsburg or Bellefonte). Several B&Bs are in Victorian houses and are very reasonably priced. Otherwise, the town is full of chain hotels/motels.
