I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express - the hotel is clean and attractive and close to the interstate and downtown York. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful, but the cleaning staff was horrible - rude and did a terrible job. The continental breakfast was the usual stuff, the only problem with it was that Sat. it was fine and well-stocked, Sun. it was nothing but stale leftovers and out of lots of stuff. This was fairly inexpensive, and the room did have a fridge, microwave and cable t.v. No pool, indoors our out. We had trouble with our room keys twice.

Price is fair. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in room.
