Burlingame state park: Rhode Island Camping

Wonderful and peaceful this camp ground consists of over seven hundred campsites. Although this seems like a lot it really doesn't deter from the grounds. It is well kept, clean and friendly. Sites are $17.00 for residents of Rhode Island and $20.00 for non residents. Showers are 25 cents for 2.5 minutes but have plenty of presure. There is a campstore on th egrounds although I didn't visit it since we were only there for a night.

Unique Quality: On the banks of Watchaug Pond the state park has two entrances one for camping and one for scouts and picnic areas. Cabins are also available they sleep 4 with 2 bunk beds for $35. per night see picture below.
