Rude and will cancel your reservation on you
We booked, through BB Online, a reservation for this upcoming Sunday (Memorial Day weekend) at the Sarah Kendall House. Went through without a hitch, and got a confirmation email. The next morning, we had a curt email from the SKH telling us that they don't TAKE reservations for one night on a holiday weekend. Well, they did, cause we made one. When I called, Fran, was extremely rude and was angry at ME that we were able to make the reservation and blamed BB Online for the mistake. I highly doubt that it was BB Onlines, fault, as other hotels were astute enough to make sure that you COULDN'T book for only one night this weekend.
Awful and would never consider staying there again and good luck to them in getting 3 nights (5 nights beforehand) booked for this upcoming weekend. I can only hope our experience will help sway others far, far away from this place.
