    Hilton Head Health Institute is billed as a health spa. This place is expensive, dirty and has hostile employees. The beach is miles away. I would never refer anyone to this horrid place. I had so looked forward to this trip. I did meet some nice guests though. We bonded in our misery. We are planning to meet at a real spa in Arizona next year.

    Unique Quality: The alligators were interesting to view.

    Directions: Is on Shipyard planatation. One stays at the cottages.
