Whoa, Meritea, are you taking your MEDICATION? There are literally at least a hundred places like Jaws on land. You cant avoid them and they seem to be about the same shop once youve been to a couple.

Burgers and Fries

It's known for their hamburgers. I did some research before we went and got mixed reviews. I though it was good. Loved the fries and burgers. We opted to go there the first night. We thought after a long drive with kids in the car that a noisy burgers and fries joint would be the way to go. I was right. Saw a lot of golfers coming in after a day on the links. The burgers were terrific, but I loved the fries. The boys (ages 2 and 4) gulped down a couple hot dogs each. The burgers came several different ways. They're gourmet type.

"myrtle beach"

the area around modern day myrtle beach was originally inhabited by the waccamaw native american tribe. myrtle beach was settled by the withers family after the revolutionary war. at that time several indigo and tobacco plantations were established in the area. the withers family home was destroyed by a hurricane in 1822 and they left the area. in 1899 the burroughs and collins company built a railroad to present day myrtle beach to transport lumber from the area. the eastern terminus of the railroad was called new town. new town was renamed myrtle beach in 1957. today myrtle beach is one of the most popular beach resort towns in the southeast. today myrtle beach is home to 120 golf courses, miles of white sand beach, and numerous tourist attractions.
