Bad Hotel
We checked in around 7:00 PM Saturday, February 19th. We left and went to eat at Fuddruckers. We arrived back to the hotel around 8:30 PM. We have 2 children - 11 & 9. The children were asleep by 9:30 PM and my husband and I were asleep by 10 PM. On Sunday morning, we had a knock on our door at 7:45 AM. We had just woken up. My husband goes to the door and ask who it was. The guy said "maintenance" and we had to open the door immediatly. We weren't dressed so we asked him to hold on while we got dressed. He continued knocking on the door for the 7 minutes it took us to put our clothes on. He was very rude to us. He said there were complaints about us that started at 10 PM Saturday night that we were loud and rowdy. My husband tried to explain that there must have been some mistake. The maintenance guy started yelling at the my husband that it was us and that we had to leave immediately. He wouldn't even hear us out. For $129 per night (off-season), I expect to be treated better than this. This was a very horrible experience and I will do everything in my power to stop people from staying there in the future.
