Delicious Basic BBQ!!
by 130guy about Little Pigs BBQ
When it comes to food, I would always rather go for quality over ambience and this little spot is right on the money (and doesn't cost much of the same).
It is a small 'hole in the wall' along the main highway between N Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach, sharing parking space with a gas station and a store.
The restaurant consists of a counter where you order and about 5 tables with metal chairs, comfortable enough to 'get it in ya', and served up by the family owning it with typical southern charm. The main staple is southern 'pulled pork' and I could eat it all day, perfectly tangy, with a hint of smokiness. Side dishes also follow the same southern vein, and you can get beans, corn, fires, rings, etc. Pulled pork sandwich - no question about it!!
atalaya castle
by doug48
atalaya castle is located at huntington state park near murrell's inlet south carolina. this 30 room mansion was built by archer m. huntington in 1931. archer huntington was a noted scholar of spanish culture and art and his wife ana hyatt was a famous american sculptor. the architectue of the mansion is moorish inspired but to me it's looks more like a prison. this interesting home is open for tours. atalaya castle is listed on the national register of historic places.

"Sushi Experience"
I've never tried Sushi before. I'm pretty brave so I thought, why not? Lets just say that I'm not a seafood fan...and ended up throwing up....
Other than that, I'd say for someone who isn't much into it, try it anyway. They have all different kinds, the most popular amung my group was this one that was cooked crab wrapped around avacado and rolled in thin strips of cucumber. (thats not the one that made me vomit)
"Ripleys Aquarium"
The cool thing about going to Ripleys was the fact that you can buy packages that include more than one Ripleys attaction. We also stopped at the Museum one night. I did touch a stingray! that was neat. Other than that, I'm more partial to our zoo's aquarium. Its much nicer.
"Ripley's Museum"
Good thing my friend is in the Military. Make sure that if you are or someone with you is, have them pick up the tickets. We got a pass for all 4 Ripleys events for $6.50 each! (normally around $20 a piece)
