MM 354.5 Formerly Free Docks at Barefoot Landing
Because of the mall, this has been called the most expensive free dock on the ICW There is 500 or so feet of dock, and boats tie and then raft onto each other. When we were there, there were at least 36 boats there (mostly monohull sailboats), rafted to the maximum of 4 in a lot of places.
There were no electrical connections, and no other services (such as bathrooms, showers or phone or TV hookups). There may have been wi-fi.
I understand that the docks on the 'Shopping Mall' side (East side of ICW) have been mostly rebuilt, and now have 30A power and water. They are charging $1.25/ft to overnight (short-term daily use is still free). Cable TV not yet hooked-up. No close restrooms, and no showers at all.
The Dockmaster is only there from around 9-5, so arriving late/leaving early *might* still be free..... Have good fenders, and lines to attach to the other boats or the dock.
