Reserved suite for 3 nights, but upon arrival was told none available. I asked to cancel the reservation and was told by the manager, MS. Michelle Lipker that I HAD better accept a downscaled room because I was going to be billed regardless?????? Airlines aren't the only ones that overbook are they now????? Immediately contacted my credit card security branch and was told Microtel had just filed a preliminary bill for all 3 nights lodging. So you have an obvious crooked company, enabled by the obviously lobotomized manager, MS. Lipker. What a sad crew!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
