Immediately given a warm welcome when we arrived. Got to our room and had a King Suite with a bedroom, living room and full kitchen. Nice breakfast bar in room to sit and eat comfortably. TVs and dvd players in the room. Nice big closet with laundry basket and iron. Very soft towels and nice toiletries.
Honestly, ive stayed in some very swanky and expensive hotels in london and new york and this one left enough of an impression on me to be sure to write this tip. What really did it for me is the staff. EVERY SINGLE NEED I HAD, THEY WERE ABLE TO MEET. Each time I called or visited the front desk to ask for something whether it was to wash clothes, to get a drink, where to walk my dog, where to get a snack or toiletries or magazines, they had an answer and it was all taken care of without me having to step foot out of the hotel. They had it all.
We brought our dog with us and they are pet friendly. We needed to wash our dogs bed and some of our clothes and they had free washers and dryers for us with detergent. Complimentary soft drinks around the clock with a very nice evening food service for free and nice hot free breakfast buffet. Lobby has a VERY nice sitting room with a big fireplace.
Full size kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, condiments.
INCREDIBLY helpful staff. They were sure to make certain we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were sincere in everything they did.

For a two night stay in Chattanooga, we wished a comfortable hotel located in the center. Staybridge matched our request except for the center but it was easy to reach downtown through Broad Street or Market street. The only concern was the parking in the center.
Room : roomy with a bed room and a living room. They did not ask us if we are smoker but gave us a smoking room. To say the truth we did not ask for a swap
Bed : king, comfortable
Bath room : tub and shower, washbassin without a table
Kitchen : fully equiped. Large fridge (with a ice cube maker), microwave, stove top (4), dishwasher, sink, ustensils.
There was no table and chairs to eat. But some rooms had them : think to ask the adequate room.
TV : 1 TV in each room + DVD which did not work but we had our own DVD recorder
Balcony : no but some rooms had a balcony
Crib : yes
Iron & iron board : yes
Hairdryer : yes
Laundry : washing machine and dryer free
Internet : free access in the budiness center (2 PC)
Breakfast (6:30 - 9:30) : free. Complete buffet with eggs & bacon, pastries, fruits, juices and waffles (2)
Snack : Monday from Thursday
Pool : indoor + whirlpool
Parking (146) : free. Fenced
Price : 138.34$ tax included.
